We reserve the right to refuse any order. Upon order cancellation we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using details provided. All received money will be refunded using the method received. Once the refund is actioned please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be available again in your account.

 

On the chance a product is listed with incorrect information including price, Reverb Studios has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price.

 

On the chance an ordered product is out of stock, or a pricing mistake has been made we will advise you of this and await your response to proceed, change or cancel the order.

 

All products are covered with a 30 day warranty for any manufacturing faults, which covers any component or structure of the item being faulty, or not as described. Pictures will be required prior to any return as proof.
